Terms of Use

These terms describe use of rebootmedia.us and Reboot Connect at connect.rebootmedia.us, operated by Reboot Media LLC ("Reboot Media," "we," "us"). Reboot Connect helps business clients choose and share access to selected marketing accounts and materials.
Using our sites
Use our sites for lawful business purposes. Provide accurate information, and connect an account or business only if you own it or have permission to grant the requested access. If you act for a company, make sure you are authorized to act on its behalf.
Do not attempt to access another person's invitation or account, bypass access controls, interfere with the sites, submit malicious content, or use them to send unauthorized requests.
Client invitations and team access
A Reboot Connect invitation is a private link intended for the client named in it. Keep it private and share it only with people authorized to complete that client's setup. Contact us if a link was sent to the wrong person or may have been exposed.
Team sign-in credentials are for authorized Reboot personnel. Keep those credentials private and sign out on shared devices. We may revoke invitations or restrict access to protect the service or address unauthorized use.
Choosing what to connect
An invitation may include some or all of the following services. You choose the available account or location and approve the requested action before access is granted:
- Google Ads: link a selected advertiser account to Reboot Media's Google Ads manager account.
- Google Business Profile: invite the designated Reboot account as a manager of a selected business location. An invitation may remain pending until accepted through Google.
- Google Drive: create a client-owned folder and share Editor access with the designated Reboot account.
- GoDaddy: follow GoDaddy's delegate-access process. Reboot confirms received access manually.
Reboot Connect does not require you to give Reboot your Google or GoDaddy password. Access depends on your existing permissions, the provider's rules, and any account or organization restrictions. A sign-in or pending invitation does not by itself mean access has been granted. No account ownership transfer is requested by these onboarding actions.
Changing or removing access
You can remove the app's Google authorization in your Google Account settings. To remove access already granted to Reboot, also remove the relevant manager link, Business Profile manager, Drive sharing permission, or GoDaddy delegate through that provider's access settings.
Revoking a Reboot invitation prevents further use of that invitation and its sessions. It does not automatically undo permissions already granted at Google or GoDaddy. Contact [email protected] if you need help identifying the access to remove.
Your accounts and materials
You remain responsible for your accounts, the accuracy of information you submit, and your authority to share business materials. Only upload or share material that you are permitted to provide. Connecting an account or sharing a folder does not transfer ownership of that account or your materials to Reboot.
Third-party services and availability
Google, GoDaddy, and other linked services are operated by their respective providers and remain subject to those providers' terms and policies. Their service changes, outages, approval requirements, quotas, or account restrictions can affect onboarding. Reboot Connect is not operated by Google or GoDaddy and does not represent that either provider has approved a particular connection or this application.
Features may change or become temporarily unavailable. If a connection fails or remains pending, check its status with the provider or contact Reboot before relying on it as completed.
Marketing services and separate agreements
Using these sites, creating an invitation, or connecting an account does not itself purchase marketing services or authorize advertising spend. Any marketing-service scope, fees, media budget, performance commitment, guarantee, cancellation right, or refund is governed by the separate written agreement applicable to that engagement. These site-use terms do not replace or amend that agreement.

Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the sites change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. Updates to these site-use terms do not amend a separately signed service agreement.
