Reboot Media

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 29, 2026

Reboot Media LLC ("Reboot Media," "we," "us") operates rebootmedia.us. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form or book a call, we collect what you submit: your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the business details you choose to share (such as your service area, advertising history, and budget range).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies. These collect device and usage information โ€” IP address, browser type, pages visited, and advertising identifiers such as ad-click IDs and campaign parameters that tell us which ad brought you here.

Scheduling information. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter to confirm the appointment.

How we use it

Advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads work โ€” for example, to know that an ad click led to a booked call. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can control ad personalization through your Meta ad preferences, your browser's cookie settings, or industry opt-out tools such as aboutads.info.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages they view, how far they scroll, and which buttons they click. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We also use Google Ads remarketing, which may show our ads to people who have visited our site as they browse other sites. You can turn off personalized ads in your Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our site through session recordings and heatmaps, such as where they click and how far they scroll. Clarity masks what you type into form fields. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement.

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the results of our LinkedIn ads and to show our ads to people who visited our site. You can opt out of this in your LinkedIn ad settings.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run this site and follow up with you: Meta (advertising measurement), Calendly (scheduling), GoHighLevel (customer management and follow-up), ClickUp (internal project management), Anthropic (Claude, an AI assistant we use to review the information you send us), and Cloudflare (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and client information for as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time โ€” email [email protected] and we'll handle it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law; we honor verified requests regardless of state.

Reboot Connect and Google account access

This section covers Reboot Connect at connect.rebootmedia.us. It explains data used for account onboarding separately from the website advertising and inquiry tools described above. You choose which available service to connect and approve the displayed action before Reboot receives account access. Google sign-in alone does not complete that action.

What Connect accesses and why

The designated agency account is [email protected]. Granting folder or account access lets Reboot use the shared resources for the work you authorize separately. Connect's onboarding flow does not read Drive file contents, send campaigns, or transfer account ownership.

Authorization, storage and sharing

Connect requests Google's permission separately for each Google service. Google sends a temporary access token to our server; your Google password is never shared with Reboot, and the access token is not returned to the browser. Client authorization uses online access and does not request a client refresh token.

Temporary client access tokens are encrypted in Connect's Cloudflare database and may be used by the app for at most 15 minutes, or less if Google's token expires sooner. They are deleted after a completed connection. Expired token and session records are cleared during later app activity; an expired encrypted record can remain stored until that cleanup runs. An invitation lasts up to seven days, and a client session lasts up to eight hours or the invitation's expiration, whichever comes first.

We also store the client or company name entered for the invitation, the selected providers, connected resource identifiers and names, connection status and verification details, and records needed to secure invitations and sessions. Invitation and connection records do not currently have an automatic deletion deadline. We retain them to operate and support the client relationship and handle access or security questions, subject to deletion requests and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Google processes the authorization and account actions. Cloudflare hosts Connect and stores its records. Reboot's authorized team can view the connection record to support onboarding. The account links, manager invitation and folder sharing send the chosen access request to the relevant Google service and the designated agency account. Google may send the related invitation or sharing notification. Connect does not send Google API data to the website's advertising tags or AI services. It does not sell that data or use it to target ads.

Reboot Connect's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Removing access and requesting deletion

You can remove Connect's Google authorization in your Google Account third-party connections. This does not automatically remove a manager link, Business Profile manager invitation or access, or Drive sharing permission already granted. Remove those separately in the relevant Google service's access settings. Removing a Reboot invitation also does not undo those provider permissions.

To request access to or deletion of Connect's stored invitation and connection records, email [email protected]. Identify your business and the connection concerned; do not send passwords or tokens. We may verify that you are authorized to make the request. Deleting Connect's record does not itself delete a folder in your Google Drive or remove permissions in Google. Ask us if you need help identifying those resources.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
