Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 5, 2026
Reboot Media LLC ("Reboot Media," "we," "us") operates rebootmedia.us. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form or book a call, we collect what you submit: your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the business details you choose to share (such as your service area, advertising history, and budget range).
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies. These collect device and usage information โ IP address, browser type, pages visited, and advertising identifiers such as ad-click IDs and campaign parameters that tell us which ad brought you here.
Scheduling information. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter to confirm the appointment.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we're a fit to work together
- To schedule and confirm appointments
- To measure and improve our advertising (see "Advertising" below)
- To operate and improve this website
Advertising
We use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads work โ for example, to know that an ad click led to a booked call. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can control ad personalization through your Meta ad preferences, your browser's cookie settings, or industry opt-out tools such as aboutads.info.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages they view, how far they scroll, and which buttons they click. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We also use Google Ads remarketing, which may show our ads to people who have visited our site as they browse other sites. You can turn off personalized ads in your Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our site through session recordings and heatmaps, such as where they click and how far they scroll. Clarity masks what you type into form fields. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement.
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the results of our LinkedIn ads and to show our ads to people who visited our site. You can opt out of this in your LinkedIn ad settings.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run this site and follow up with you: Meta (advertising measurement), Calendly (scheduling), GoHighLevel (customer management and follow-up), ClickUp (internal project management), Anthropic (Claude, an AI assistant we use to review the information you send us), and Cloudflare (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and client information for as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time โ email [email protected] and we'll handle it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law; we honor verified requests regardless of state.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
